Community Service Responsibility

From the onset of forming Whitehall as an investigative entity, one of our core founding principles and beliefs, is in “making a difference” that supports local communities and nationally recognized charitable organizations.

Through the generosity of giving back by our entire staff and as a company, we have dedicated time serving our communities and have raised needed monetary donations  to support various charitable organizations including “Make -A-Wish”, volunteering in homeless shelters, Christmas toy drives, food and clothing drives when tragic world events strike, breast cancer awareness and support, and many other initiatives.

Leadership and Team

Whitehall Investigations Canada was established in 1996 by Martin Jaekel, with a focus to servicing insurers, corporation and the legal community with professional investigative solutions across Canada.

In 2008, there was a need to support our clients with seamless quality and services by expanding into the United States and with a global scope, to include Mexico and internationally.

Martin has built an enviable reputation in the investigation industry for over 35 years with an emphasis on complex claims handling and corporate fraud investigations. With subject matter expertise and access to resources, he has handled numerous investigations globally, including those relating to terrorism, serious loss and fatalities, Intellectual Property matters and foreign death claims.

Throughout Whitehall’s years of dedicated service and success, none of it could be possible without a devoted, diverse and committed team throughout the country and beyond our International borders. Each member is highly skilled, thereby ensuring a knowledgeable and experienced team proficient in every phase of the investigative process.

Martin is also a published author, and in 1994 qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified International Investigator. He is a passionate entrepreneur, presenter/trainer and is recognized as a leader in the investigation community. Past achievements include; Past President of The International Association of Arson Investigators (Ontario Chapter) and more recent, Past President of the Canadian Association of Professional Investigators (CAPI).
